A: The ability to complete the project and pay for it with the monthly energy savings. The customer avoids huge cash expenditures and has an up-to-date and safer facility/property. The project pays for itself.

Q. What are your typical terms and transaction size limits?
A: We offer financing on any project over $10,000.00. Unique to our lease program, we have the ability to fund small transactions as well as multi-million dollar transactions. Our terms range with the projects as we custom structure each project. However, terms are typically between 24-60 months. Larger projects may qualify for 72, 84 or 120 month terms. Occasionally, we have municipal transactions with even larger terms.

Q. What types of businesses do you offer credit to?
A: We offer financing for sole-proprietorships, corporations, partnerships and municipalities. Virtually any customer with established credit will be able to finance through the project.
